Montenegro provides an idyllic backdrop with a bounty of opportunities to build on your SUP skills. You'll explore bays, rivers, mountain paths, caves and rocks walls, ultimately becoming a stronger, fitter paddler.
Our SUP Escapes are a relaxed affair. We aim to help you achieve your perfect balance between fun and fitness; wellness and personal challenge. These retreats are for people from all walks of life with varying fitness levels. It's your holiday so you're free to tone it down or spice it up as you wish.

Make yourself at home at the Adventure House, our chalet-style B&B on Lustica Peninsula.

TRANSFERS
If you're arriving into Tivat, Kotor or Budva, we'll come and pick you up free of charge.
Transfers to/from Dubrovnik or Podgorica are available at a cost of €60 (up to 4 pax) or €90 (up to 8 pax) each way.
what to expect

new to sup?
If you haven't paddled previously, your first morning or afternoon will be a clinic. We'll teach you some paddle theory, practical techniques, important safety advice, and then take you out paddling. We've taught hundreds of people to paddle over 8 years so we can say with total confidence that you'll be paddling in no time. The subsequent tours you'll go on are ordered so that you'll build your skills over the course of the Escape.
your schedule
Prior to your arrival, you will receive a schedule of the SUP Escape, tailored to your group. Please keep in mind that wind and other weather factors including the time of year can impact the order of the activities so there may be changes.
Breakfast is served from 9am unless otherwise specified. Yoga takes place prior to this.
